I’m Product Manager of inid3d.pl e-commerce site. My goal was to come up with the early-stage growth strategy.
Business challenge
Website was fresh, with 0 traffic. At the time when I started my work, there was no strategy in place.
My role & Responsibilities
I came up with the growth strategy with key objectives:
- to test numerous acquisition channels.
- to be focused on measuring the outcomes from day 1.
- to prepare the website for the future implementations.
I was also responsible for implementing analytical tools as well as running the campaigns.
Results
The result was intense months of testing different acquisition channels such as Meta Ads, Instagram posts, Google Ads and SEO optimisations of the website.
So far the website receives the most traffic from organic channel. Improved structure of the website, more informative titles, descriptions of categories, blog posts - all based on competitors and keyword research - led to increased visibility in Google for the optimised keywords.
Currently the websites has around 200 monthly visitors which means break even point.
